A domain expert identifies and selects systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and clinical guidelines from PubMed, Cochrane Library, NICE, and ACP databases. Source quality and relevance are assessed before any extraction begins.

Extractions are reviewed by a musculoskeletal health professional. Citations, statistics, and plan values are verified against the original source document. If a value cannot be confirmed — gaps are transparently marked rather than filled with assumptions.
