Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them exclusively for platform functionality.

Essential Cookies (always active)

Cookieless Analytics

PhysioSense uses Umami and Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic data — neither uses cookies nor collects personal data, and both run whatever you choose below. Google Analytics 4 is used to measure advertising campaigns and runs ONLY after you accept; until then Google Consent Mode keeps it from storing or sending anything. Sentry is used for error reporting.

Third-Party Cookies

  • Paddlepayment processing cookies (only during checkout)

We do not use fingerprinting. Google analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them, and declining costs you no functionality.

Managing Cookies

When you first visit PhysioSense, a banner will inform you about essential cookies. Essential cookies are required for the platform to work and cannot be disabled.

Legal Basis

Essential cookies: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — necessary for platform operation. Google analytics and advertising cookies: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing cookies for this site.

What Happens if You Decline

If you decline, no Google cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. Essential cookies remain, because the platform cannot function without them. Cookieless analytics continues either way and does not identify you.
